As the seasons change we find ourselves in cold and rainy weather. We are in desperate need of some food to warm the soul! Autumn is all about the beautiful warm colours, the aroma of spices and getting cozy by a fire. When you feel chilled to the bone there is nothing better than a thick, hot soup to bring you back to life! For those of you who have food sensitivities, I thought of you too! This is all organic, gluten free, grain free, nut free, dairy free, FODMAP, keto friendly, paleo, whole 30! Most of the versions in restaurants will contain heavy cream, processed ingredients and some items which don't work well with sensitive stomachs. I've still added in some options like goat cheese, which is more tolerable those who are lactose intolerant. You can also find an alternative with dairy free products. I've added pure simple ingredients that don't leave you tongue tied. The best part is I used Bone Broth which has incredible health benefits!
